All the typical flavours of Luribay in a welcoming atmosphere: discover the parrillería Waras.
A gourmet alternative offers tasty grilled dishes made with locally sourced vegetables and meat.
The population growth of Luribay has led to the opening of many different food establishments throughout the municipality, without neglecting the spirit of solidarity that characterises this land and its inhabitants. One of the most appreciated establishments by travellers is without doubt the Waras Grill, one block away from the main square of Luribay, which satisfies this great interest in the local cuisine by offering a broad range of local dishes.
At Waras you can enjoy a traditional Luribay-style barbecue of Creole chicken, pork and chorizo, accompanied by rice, potatoes and a hearty salad of lettuce and vegetables.
The establishment also has a recreational area, open to all: it is a space where you can also play billiards, a good way to digest a hearty dinner.
The warm welcome of the owners and the tasty food make this one of the best choices for a memorable dining experience. Plan your trip to Luribay with us and we'll take you on a journey to discover the local specialities.
